I'm so happy to inform you that one of the seven pots I planted sunflower seeds in has sprouted!
First signs of life!
I'm so excited! I can't wait for the others to sprout! I really thought it was going to be like another week or so before we could see any action, but I am glad that we don't have to wait much longer!
As, I have said before, Take that Black thumb!!
Yay! I, too, have a black thumb and just had my first growing success!

That's awesome Amanda! I feel so silly for getting as excited about it as we do, but it's such a big deal for us because of our past failed attempts to grow anything beautiful, aside from the children, haha!
Deletei came to you from aloha friday hop and so glad i did. i have been thinking of trying my own green thumb out but not sure where to start. maybe succulents since they are hard to kill? haha. cant wait to see how that sunflower grows!
