Quickie

Really quick I just wanted to inform you all that 3 out of the 6 Marigolds we planted have sprouted! I know what you're thinking because I said to it too! And yes, yes, it did happen quickly. But we're certainly not complaining about it!

So I don't usually talk about this, but since I have finally found something that works great for me, I feel compelled to tell everyone about it. So, here it goes.

Ever since I can remember my face has been oily. It sucks, I know. I have always had trouble finding a really good face wash and a moisturizer because they would either leave my skin too dry, or too oily, or the moisturizer would leave my skin feeling icky and heavy. But all of that has finally changed!!

My nine year old daughter had me download a game on my phone called Words With Friends. Pretty decent game. It's basically Scrabble.

It's official! It's that time of year again! I just completed registering for our next American Cancer Society event. Put Your Pink Bra On. I love this event! Aside from the fact that we are all there to support a great cause and raise money, we always have such a great time! Here's a pic of me and my mom at last years event in Polk City. I forgot about making myself a bra last year, but this year I won't!
